Noel says he does quality workmanship - and he certainly does that and more. Noel and his staff created an apartment in our lower level. He also replaced all the doors and trim throughout the house. His work is always very precise and exactly what he promised - and on time. Any renovation project requires up front preparation which Noel and his staff helped with - we could not have done it without him. We are please to recommend Noel for any project he undertakes.
